NS3EDU reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), or pandemic situations (e.g., COVID-19).

• You have attended more than one day's session of the online classroom training.
• You have accessed or downloaded course materials from the learning portal.
• The course was purchased at a discounted rate.
• The course is part of an academic institute tie-up program.
• The course is a degree program.

If a learner needs to defer a batch or restart classes in a new batch, they must email [email protected]. One-time batch deferral is allowed without additional cost, provided the learner has not completed more than 20% of the program. The deferral can be requested for any cohorts starting within the next 3-6 months from the initial batch's start date. For a second batch deferral, a fee equal to 10% of the total course fees paid, plus taxes, is applicable.

All refund requests will be processed within 30 working days, following a review and approval process.

No refunds will be issued for self-paced courses.

Access will be revoked if a course is found to be shared with others or if the intention of purchasing the course is to copy the material. The account may be blocked accordingly.

Any disputes arising between the parties regarding this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by NS3EDU. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
