Terms & Conditions


 A. Fees & Payment Policy

  • • The course fees must be paid in installments as discussed during admission.If the payment exceeds the agreed timeline,extra charges will be applied.

  • • Any delay in EMI payments beyond the agreed timeline will result in the suspension of services until dues are cleared. Additional charges will apply to restart services.

  • Fee fluctuations may be applicable based oncurrent offers or through mutual discussion at the time of enrollment.

 B. Mode of Learning & Lab Access Policy

  • Only e-books will be provided for home, no physical books will be given for home; it's only provided in the institute.

  • • The batch mode (Online, Offline, Hybrid) will be decided by NS3 EDU and cannot be changed based on student preference.If any situation occurs and the mode of classes is changed then it's only performed by NS3 EDU. No interruption from the student side is acceptable or if the student will be demanding for refund, then no refund will proceed.

  • • Lab access for home use will be granted based on trainer approval. Any misuse or technical issues caused by the student will incur additional charges.

  • • A maximum of 2 months lab access will be provided.

  • • The lab access rack is provided to only those who have booked their lab exam.

 C. 100% Job Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • 1. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% to be eligible for certification, exams, and placement opportunities.

  • a. Written tests will be conducted after the completion of each module to evaluate student progress.

  • b. You are eligible for a job interview only when you clear the following:

    • all minor and major projects with minimum 80% marks


    • The student must have 90% attendance in Personality Development (PD) classes


    • The student must clear the Mock interviews with trainers, HR, and tech engineers.


  • 2. Students will receive three placement opportunitiesand are only eligible for the placement if they can fulfill the above point C(1(a&b)). If they fail to meet the selection criteria, they will need to repeat the same process given in point C(1(a&b)) as we believe in the skilled and trained resources to the organization and accordingly carry working repo with our alliances

 D. Certification Policy

  • • Students will receive certifications after the successful completion of each module.

  • • Final course certification will be provided only after fulfilling all course requirements, including attendance, tests, project work, and any other necessary assessments

 E. Internship criteria

  • 1. You are eligible for an internship only if you can clear C (1(a&b))

  • 2. Students can apply for an internship after completing their major project and successfully clearing the internship interview with NS3 TECH/ Other Partners in Hybrid Mode. The internship will be 3 months (unpaid), but exceptional performers may receive further opportunities.

  • 3. A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)will be provided to eligible students upon successful internship completion only to those whose feedback is excellent that is given by the organization.

 F. Job Profiles Offered

• If you are enrolling for any job guarantee program Firstly you must clear point C(1(a&b)) Then you are eligible for this profile given by NS3 EDU.


• And NS3 EDU will discuss what profile has been assigned. Student interference should be strictly prohibited.


• Upon all IBC course completion, students will be eligible for the following roles ONLY:


For Technical Background (B.Tech, BCA, etc.)

  • • Desktop Support Engineer

  • • Network Support Engineer

  • • Support Engineer

  • • L1 Network Engineer

  • • IT Executive

  • • Network Administrator

  • • SOC L1 Engineer

  • • NOC Engineer

For Non-Technical Background (12th Pass, BA, etc.)

  • • Desktop Support

  • • Technical Support

  • • Passive Engineer

 G. Admission Cancellation Policy

  • • Students are allowed a one-time batch transfer if they need to take a break from their current batch. Any additional requests for batch transfers will not be accommodated. However, if a student still wishes to transfer again, additional charges will apply, or the course may be discontinued without any refund.

  • • If you are not attending the classes for more than a week. Without prior information or permission Batch can be rescheduled with the permission of management only.

  • • NS3 EDU has the right to cancel the admission at any time without providing a reason.

 H. Student Code of Conduct

1. Offenses Related to Property

A student commits an offense related to property if they:

  • • Knowingly damage institute property, including defacing walls, tables, chairs, desks, or any other assets

  • • Engage in cyber-related crimes such as hacking, unauthorized access, sending/receiving malicious emails, or any illegal online activities.

  • • Spread viruses or use external media that may contain malware.

  • • Steal or tamper with computers, hardware, software, electronic devices, or any institute-owned digital resources.

2. Offenses Related to Institute Operations

A student commits an offense related to institute operations if they:

  • • Engage in indecent, disruptive, or unruly behavior within the institute premises or during any off-campus event organized by NS3 EDU.

  • • Forge documents, course materials, or examination papers with the intent to deceive.

  • • Intentionally disrupt or obstruct the smooth functioning of the institute, including classroom activities, training sessions, or administrative processes.

  • • Students enrolled in Ethical Hacking courses must sign a mandatory undertaking in a prescribed format before beginning the course.

2. Classroom Discipline

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior and discipline in the classroom, including:

  • • Punctuality – Arriving on time for lectures and training sessions.

  • • Respectful behavior – Avoiding disruptive activities such as talking loudly, using mobile phones during sessions, or disturbing others.

  • • Adherence to instructions – Following trainer guidelines and participating actively in discussions and activities.

  • • Proper usage of classroom resources – Keeping the classroom environment clean and handling equipment with care.

  • • Zero tolerance for misconduct – Any act of disrespect towards faculty, staff, or peers will result in disciplinary action.

 I. Refund Policy

  • • Fees are non-refundable if a student voluntarily withdraws from the course

  • • If applicable, refunds will be processed within 60 days, subject to mutual discussion and agreement.

  • • In the event that NS3 EDU is unable to provide job assistance after fulfilling all conditions, 20% of the total course fee will be refunded after mutual discussion.

  • • Non-Delivery of a Course: If we fail to provide the services we promised, we will assess the situation and may give you a refund. *Please note that if the batch dates need rescheduling due to trainer unavailability, we can make the required changes. However, if you ask for a refund instead and can’t wait for the rescheduled batch, we will keep 50% of the amount as a cancellation fee.

  • • As per point A(3) if any student discloses the fees with any other fellow student. NS3 EDU has the right to terminate the student immediately with no refund.

  • • If NS3 EDU will terminate or suspend your services due to point(A),(G),(H),(J) mentioned above then, there is no-refund applicable.

 J. Legal Action & Dispute Resolution Policy

  • • Any disputes, legal claims, or violations of these Terms & Conditions will be subject to legal proceedings in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

  • • By enrolling in the course, students agree that any legal disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.

  • • Any discussion or disclosure of course fees with fellow students or external parties will be strictly prohibited and NS3 EDU will have the right to terminate and suspense of services of a student immediately, after that if a student performs any deformation or any harm to the image of NS3 EDU, This Violation of this policy will result in lead to legal action.

  • • In case of any disputes between the student and NS3 EDU, an attempt will be made to resolve the issue amicably through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be escalated to legal proceedings as per the laws governing the institute.

  • • Any violation of the Student Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action as per NS3 EDU's internal policies, which may include suspension, termination, legal consequences, or financial penalties.

  • • Any refund-related query will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
