H. Student Code of Conduct
1. Offenses Related to Property
A student commits an offense related to property if they:
- • Knowingly damage institute property, including defacing walls, tables, chairs, desks, or any other assets
- • Engage in cyber-related crimes such as hacking, unauthorized access, sending/receiving malicious emails, or any illegal online activities.
- • Spread viruses or use external media that may contain malware.
- • Steal or tamper with computers, hardware, software, electronic devices, or any institute-owned digital resources.
2. Offenses Related to Institute Operations
A student commits an offense related to institute operations if they:
- • Engage in indecent, disruptive, or unruly behavior within the institute premises or during any off-campus event organized by NS3 EDU.
- • Forge documents, course materials, or examination papers with the intent to deceive.
- • Intentionally disrupt or obstruct the smooth functioning of the institute, including classroom activities, training sessions, or administrative processes.
- • Students enrolled in Ethical Hacking courses must sign a mandatory undertaking in a prescribed format before beginning the course.
2. Classroom Discipline
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior and discipline in the classroom, including:
- • Punctuality – Arriving on time for lectures and training sessions.
- • Respectful behavior – Avoiding disruptive activities such as talking loudly, using mobile phones during sessions, or disturbing others.
- • Adherence to instructions – Following trainer guidelines and participating actively in discussions and activities.
- • Proper usage of classroom resources – Keeping the classroom environment clean and handling equipment with care.
- • Zero tolerance for misconduct – Any act of disrespect towards faculty, staff, or peers will result in disciplinary action.
